HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?

Typical we send the Order during 3 (three) business days. If any goods  were not available at the time of ordering, delivery may be up to 14 working days.

Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure.

We carry out delivery by local or international post services depending on the delivery address, at our discretion. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. We can not include this amount beforehand, because they are paid by the country goods delivery.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OF THE DELAYS CAUSED BY CUSTOMS.

RETURN

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

For a comfortable return with minimal shipping costs, please follow the instructions of our manager.

You can return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. Аnd therefore please write us to: info@annafoxy.com and specify:

- return causes
- product photos, if it is damaged or defective

    We will pay you back the full price of the product reduced by associated costs once we have ensured that the product's appearance, properties and factory labels have been preserved.

    Among the associated expenses are a 5,6% restocking fee, shipping costs, customs fees, and other related expenses.

    The delivery costs paid during placement the order are non-refundable in case of return of product.

    The customer must provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. In the event that this is not the case, we are not liable for attributable delays. In this case, if the transport company returns his order, the customer will not be able to cancel his order. The customer will have to provide us again a complete and valid address in which to receive their order.

    NON-RETURNABLE AND EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:
    Tights, leggings, socks, stockings, underwear, corset (underwear), bodysuits, bras, swimwear. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted items.

    WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?

    The goods return is made at the Buyer’s expense. This means that the Buyer should pay for the delivery when sending the goods back to us. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amoun in cause the delivery cost is not paid.

    When returning orders  in addition to the shipping cost, we will add the amount of all customs duties and charges, including import VAT and brokerage services, which are paid by us in the Seller's country. These costs are deducted from the refund amount for the purchased goods.

    Please note, in case of refusal to receive the ordered goods, including due to the failure to pay duties in the Buyer's country, we will also deduct shipping and all other incidental two way costs, as stated above from the refund for the purchased goods.

    WHEN CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE RETURNED GOODS?

    You will receive a refund within 3-14 days of returning the goods to our warehouse. The exact terms depend on your bank and the way you paid for the order.

    Important information:

    At ANNAFOXY, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. However, in the event that a package is not received by you, for any reason whatsoever, including due to an incorrectly provided address, absence during delivery attempts, or inability to deliver to the specified address, please note the following:

     · All shipping expenses, including those associated with orders eligible for free shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer.

     · Additionally, any related expenses, such as customs fees and other incidental charges, will also be borne by the customer.

    I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER. CAN I DO THAT?

    You can cancel your order at any time by writing to us at info@annafoxy.com. If we have not sent you an order at the time your request, we will refund your full amount. In case the order has already been shipped, all refund rules specified in the RETURN section apply. 

     When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

    Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

    Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
