Typical we send the Order during 3 (three) business days. If any goods were not available at the time of ordering, delivery may be up to 14 working days.
Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure.
We carry out delivery by local or international post services depending on the delivery address, at our discretion.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
For a comfortable return with minimal shipping costs, please follow the instructions of our manager.
You can return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. Аnd therefore please write us to: info@annafoxy.com and specify:

We will pay you back the full price of the product reduced by associated costs once we have ensured that the product's appearance, properties and factory labels have been preserved.

The customer must provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. In the event that this is not the case, we are not liable for attributable delays. WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?
